My passion is helping people adapt as the world around them changes at an alarming speed. Whether its employees, leaders, or entire organisations – being agile, managing your personal orientation to change and the ability to adapt quickly is a vital skill of the future.
Why? Because remaining in the same place is no longer an option, plus – the universe won’t have it! I get excited when organisations get excited about tomorrow, and the next steps, and big pictures views – then come back to determine how to get there.
I am an IT Professional- turned – Change Manager – turned Entrepreneur in a field I love…passion really led me here.

When I’m not working? I also enjoy reading, travelling, and putting my two feet to work with an old-time hobby, ballroom dancing!

I am energised by delivering results and being part of a team that develops impactful solutions for clients.  I’m known for bringing enthusiasm to the team, and my structured nature gives clients’ the confidence that “we’ve got this!” I am comfortable being part of strategic sessions one day and spending hours on InDesign the next, but creating order out of chaos is what I do best.

Emmah Mutezo

I am a meticulous Junior Change Management Consultant and Facilitator, with four years’ experience working in various roles that include Change Management, Human Resources, Project Coordination and Research. I love being a Change Manager, and I am learning everything I possibly can to ensure that I become one of the best Change Managers in this country.

I must mention some achievements, and which Change Agility celebrates. I have been presented with the International Federation of University Women, Masters Fellowship. The fellowship was to pursue a Masters in Human Development ’14, from the University of Rochester, where I was also awarded the Deans Merit Scholarship.
