I started my career as a Social Worker before moving into the Change management industry. The skills and knowledge that I learned working with people through my studies and early years have helped me understand, communicate and engage with my clients on a much deeper level.

Fun facts about me

After a long day of work, I enjoy heading off for a run and then spending the evenings cuddled up with my three crazy dogs, a good book, and of course the occasional piece of chocolate!

I dabble on the creative side over weekends with various hobbies and a bit of photography and most importantly to spend quality time with my amazing family and friends.

What drives me

I am a passionate change manager who loves to get my hands on a project and help organisations navigate the rollercoaster of change!

My friendly nature allows me to build strong professional relationships which, coupled with my solution-focused approach and my hard work and delivery on tasks, make me a valuable team member.

My ability to adapt to environments has enabled me to successfully align and deliver on the best change solutions according to the requirements and business priority of the client.

Career Achievements

My hard work and dedication as a Junior Change Management Consultant resulted in me receiving the Rising Star award at Telkom for the work I conducted on their re-location project and new facilities management system implementation.

This opened many doors to more experience in different projects and my own personal growth into the professional I am today.

My Work Experience

I have over 12 years of experience working with people in roles of change management, learning and development, business co-ordination and operational management roles.

In the last 7 years I have honed my skills to specialise in Change management and have driven successful change management projects in the IT systems implementation, organisational transformation, compliance and office move management space.

One thing I love about being a consultant is that you get to work in a variety of industries and I have been given the opportunity to work in the mining sector, banking and telecommunications over the last seven years.

Personal Achievements

I was awarded with the “Best 4th Year Social Worker in RSA during 2008” for my academic performance and practical work that was conducted in the health care industry by the South African Social Service Profession Council

On completion of my Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration I was awarded the National Second Place Merit Award for my research and academic performance.
